A graduate of Boston University School of Hospitality Administration, Justin's post-graduation career started at J.P. Morgan Chase. Justin's experience in finance focused on REITs & Asset managers. He facilitated the launch of the Corporate Client Banking International platform in 2019. The experience was the seed for creating his concept for the idea of "Practical consulting" and starting The Cipriano Group.
Before his finance and real estate work, he amassed over ten years of food & beverage experience. He was a nationally ranked chef in 2014, a private chef, and a sous chef for Highfield Club. He has leveraged this experience to work on national campaigns for Boston based restaurants while pursuing his degree. This firm is the realization of his two passions coming together!
